Husband and wife team, Stewart and Sarah Chambers have a combined 50 years experience in business, so they have a very good grasp of what people want and how to provide it.
They started spit roasting in 1999 for the millennium celebrations. They continued from then, on a fairly low key basis ,doing hog roasts for private parties, BBQ’s, charity and fundraising events.
By word of mouth people were showing more interest for the hog roast to be part of bigger events, such as weddings, so in early 2008 they joined forces with Paula Crossland enabling them to offer the full range of services.
Paula was proprietor of the Plough Inn Warmfield Nr Wakefield and winner of Pub of the Year 2008.
She is a qualified chef in her own right and has been involved with catering for over 20 years. She is highly experienced at catering for outside events .
